I wanted to be able to get streaming movies from Amazon and couldn't because I didn't know the code. Finally, I unregisted my device on my BluRay they turned it off and re-booted it and began a new registration - behold - a NEW registration number. I wrote it down and put it in a safe place this time. Then I went to sony.internet.tv and re-registered my new number with them. Following that I went to Amazon.com and was able to register with them now that I had the new code. When you do that the Amazon site redirects you to the Sony site and somehow your device is registered with Amazon through Sony. Anyhow, it worked for me and I get movies on my TV from Amazon all the time.

For registration code on Bravia tv, MENU , INTERNET CONTENT, NETFLIX. Even though you dont have a Netflix account, that is the registration code to use for others such as Amazon.
