It is on top of the blackberry, by the side of its speaker. There are three buttons, Mute button is the center one which used for play and stop.

This happend to me. Either you take out the battery and push the scroll pad 5 times and it will reset. If not that way try it with battery in second track pad will reset that way and if not, call yor cell phone provider and they will walk you through it. If no water damage they will replace it

So, you don`t need to install bbm on blackberry or, set a bbm pin on blackberry curve. You just log into your account with the credentials you have collected already from the companies and that`s what you will need to do to setup bbm. /trinitron
