How do i unlock my htc desire which is locked out by too many pattern attempts?

Before you peform this unlock you must remove the sim card and sd card or it will not reset! With the phone turned of, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then briefy press the POWER button. Wait for the screen with the 3 Android images to appear, and then release the VOLUME DOWN button. Press VOLUME DOWN to select CLEAR STORAGE, and then press POWER.

How do you unlock a samsung captivate after too many pattern attempts?

you need to master reset your phone. you hold the power and the volume up key untill the andriod pops up, it should have four options. Then you scroll down the list using the `volume down` key and select (by hitting the home key) remove data to facotry. then when a small box comes up you hit the `volume up` key. at this point it should send you back to the first screem, you then hit auto rebout.

Someone said: that happend to my bb then i opened it up and found that theres a plastic covering over the button on the circuit board which was puncherd. so to make urs work u need to open it up and see what the plastic casing is like on the actual button on the circuit board if it is riped just take of all plastic casing off the buttons which dont work and hopefully once u put it back together it should work because it worked for me

you have to look at your four buttons at the bottom if you see a little icon that looks like a house its the home button keep clicking it real fast while on the page that says plese sign into your google account ok so when your hitting the little house button you should also be hitting the little back bouuton about three times every fifty times you hit the home button
