To get bbm on my blackberry using wifi Just go to Set Up Connections and enable WiFi and Setup WiFi and connect to your network as you don`t need a data plan to use the WiFi function on the Blackberry Curve 8520. You can surf the internet using WiFi to activate blacberry messaging just use the Hotspot Browser .
