How to remove "Delta Search and toolbar” from Mozilla Firefox and restore browser settings.

1. From Firefox menu, go to “Help” > “Troubleshooting Information”.

COnsider these things:
There are less malicious programs – PUA, which means potentially unwanted application. Normally, such application does not hide its presence on the system but might cause lots of problems and difficulties too.
In order to minimize or remove this problem, my first advice would be to remove all recently installed toolbars and freeware, after removing,

Hi, There are several ways to remove Delta Search hijacker;

if you see a program in Control Panel Add and Remove programs, uninstall it from there;
Check browser extensions of all the Internet browsers installed on your computer and remove everything related to Delta Search from there;

Hello.

Your browser got hijacked. Some infections like this one can be quite har to remove, but not impossible.

Delta-search is a spyware(a pretty annoying one).
The first shown results that come after you try to search for something are from sponsored links and the rest are the actual Yahoo! Search results.

Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program.

Search for Delta related files and remove/uninstall them.

Go to your browser`s options and disable/delete/remove anything related to Delta search.

If you are using WINDOWS you can uninstall it on CONTROL PANEL > ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS> search for delta toolbar then uninstall or if you do have CCleaner you can uninstall it using that. In case you are using a mac you can search for it on the spotlight on the upper right hand corner the drag it to the trash bin or search for the uninstall exe. for that program. Hope this helps.

It seems your current homepage was altered by pops delta search. You can revert it back to its default or set it to a page of your liking. You can change this by opening Mozilla firefox, select option. From there you can see the General tab, now from the homepage click "Restore to default" or enter the site you want your browser to start with. Hope this helps.

Hi, just open your firefox look for the "TOOLS" on the upper left part of the browser then click "ADD-ONS" or you can just simply use the shortcut key "CTRL+SHIFT+A" and the Add-Ons Manager Tab will appear. Then look for the name that you`re looking for then click "DISABLE".
