I think there is a mistake. Is there supposed to be just blank space between the "2x" and the "1"?

What does a solid triangle mean in math equation?

the triangle (greek letter DELTA) means "change in`. example if you drove from mile marker 5 to mile marker 7 then your change in distance (d) would be 2 miles. notation would look like ∆d = (7-5) = 2

initial speed = 69 m/s final speed = 6.1 m/s distance = 750 m a = ? Use the equation: (vf)^2 = (vi)^2 2ad And when you solve for acceleration, you will find that a = 3.15 m/s^2

How do you type a triangle over r or a straight line over r.. it is for a math equation, i cannot type an r bar or r hat as they are called on my mac?
