U can get to that screen if u have ur phone of the charger and keep taking the battery in and out while pressing vol up end and it should stay off in one of those attemps. once u got it at that, plug in the phone to ur computer and it should get u to the charging screen where this man on the video is. hope this is helps. I'm about to hang myself guys...

Someone said: take out your batterey for a few seconds. next, place the batterey back in, and hold down the UP volume button, the call button, and the power button at the same time. when the triangle pops up, you select wipe data or something like that, and it will reset your phone. after it is done reseting, select reboot. and thats it! buttt, you will lose all of your contacts and text messages. :/ i just did this to my phone about 5 minutes ago with the same problem . hope this helps!!

How to add music to cricket huawei ascend for pc?

1) Use the USB portion of your charger and plug into your PC. 2) Install the Software. 3) Click on file transfer. 4) Create New folder in the root (Where all the other files are stored) called My Music. 5) Transfer your songs to that folder. 6) When you unplug your phone it should have the new songs. *7) To use a song as your ring tone go to the music player, click and hold on the song then click use as ring tone.

Hey if you go to your android market and download the app handcent sms then you should be able to assign different ringtones for your notifications as text messages if you still can`t get out I will walk you through step by step...

The only thing I have to say is, the way I was setting the call ringtone was to go into the music, and assign the song that way, b/c it was not an option in the settings, so when I tried to do that with my message ringtone after installing this, I thought it did not work. But what you do is go into your settings, select sound (IDK what it really said, but something to do with sound) then you go to your message tone, and the option is now there to set your music as the tone!!!! Hope that helps someone!!!! it would have saved me like 2 min!!!! :)
