I do believe that it`s not supported on PC, I`ve searched a while but everything I saw was either fake or was a scam to earn money through surveys, one of them had a video os him playing on a computer, altough it could be fake. In your case I would find a similar game for PC, there are quite some alike I think.

You cant do anything to run it on your device it needs higher GPU and latest CPU you can try to look for ported versions online.
