Belive me i can tell you how to fix it, that means ur phone is not conecting with the battery, just drop the phone on a carpeted floor face ear side up of course. I know it sounds crazy but it works u must jar it up. don`t drop it any higher than 3 feet. try it a couple of times until it starts chargeing and then once it charges cut it on i promise try it Was this answer helpful?

Someone said: FYI All, blackberrys are known for this issue of battery not connecting to the device and sitting loose in the battery compartment. The actual fix for the whole battery issue and the phone not turning on is snugging a piece of anything ( carton, thin plastic, whatever fits) right between the battery and the phone frame from the top side of the battery just to leave no gaps between the battery and the phone conductor that connects from the bottom. This would be the long term fix. Dropping the phone moves the battery and might reconnect, but trust me not for too long before the issue reappears......

Someone said: The problem that the battery has no good connection to the phone, its too lose, maybe less than 1 mm shorter than it has to be in order to get good contact. I simply put on top of the battery strip of paper folded 2-3 times and push battery in. That will prevent your Blackberry rebooting itself because the contact with battery was suddenly lost.
