I just did a contact transfer that worked just fine :-) Both phones are android
(Sony Ericsson mini pro, ==> Samsung s 3)
Set up the new phone with your exixting gmail account

On the old phone (with no SIM) I
1) connected to WI-fi
2) did a export to a .vcf file including all contacts
( Open contact`s tap on the "#" (4 square button)
3)Choose "send all contacts"
( The phone generate a .xxxxxx.vcf file)
4) mail this to yourself by Gmail account set up on both android phones
5) on your new phone, Just open mail and the attatched .vcf file
VOILA - it`s done :-)

If you`r old phone don-t come with wi-fi, you could do a .VCF export to you`t SD card and transfer from there.

There is no matching between those devices the only solution i think is to use your sim to copy the contacts to it and then transfer them to the galaxy note.....if the simm memory was full u can transfer and delete or even use more than one sim card if u have old ones!!!!! #i wish this would help :D.

Hi it`s easier I made it from Nokia C3 to Samsung S3
copy your Nokia contacts to SD card
Put your Sd card in your S3
in the contact menu of S3 and choose import/export then select import from your Cd card
At last, chosse either one or all contacts and it`s submit it
All my contacts number were copied :) with this action.

Well for ur phone if its an android or a smart phone u can but its going to coast u u can go to the official site of whats app .com.

You can transfer through bluetooth device if your mac has the sofware.
