Hello neenageorge,

Maybe you altered the balance of your speaker settings. If you are using Windows XP, Double click your speaker Icon on your taskbar and check for the balance.

If you are running windows 7, double click your speaker`s Icon on the desktop. click mixer, then click the speakers. On the level Tab. You will see the volume settings. right beside it you will see balance. Check it. The indicator should be full both right and left.

If you don`t find problems with the speaker`s balance,

there is a high possibility that your left speaker is busted (hardware issue). It can be fixed in authorized service centers / any laptop hardware repair shop.

Maybe you accidentally disabled it. if your familiar using function keys or "Fn" you can try looking for a webcam logo in your F1-F12 keys. If you see it try pressing "Fn + the keys with the webcam logo. For example Fn+ F1.

If still don`t work. There are some problem on your camera driver. Please go to this link [LINK VISIBLE TO REGISTERED USERS - CLICK HERE TO SEE THIS LINK] and download the camera driver and reinstall it then reboot your laptop. I hope that helps.

First of all please check first if you have bluetooth in that model of laptop.

Go to your desktop, right click on mycomputer then click on properties. Go to device manager and from the list there try to look for "bluetooth device" If you can see it there and it have a yellow explanation point the driver is not properly installed.

Download your driver here : [LINK VISIBLE TO REGISTERED USERS - CLICK HERE TO SEE THIS LINK] install it and reboot your laptop. Then to enable the bluetooth press FN + F5.

Try to restart your computer and check if it will work if not, Uninstall your sound driver then Download the latest driver for your sound and install it again then reboot and see if it works.IF still not working your Sound card might be damaged.

Your internal speakers my no longer be working, the best solution would be to change them, because your driver sound card is working and with this little information you have given, i will assume you have never opened up the laptop.
