I checked WMR and there was no information on my refund, so I called the IRS on Monday and they couldnt even find my refund!! I called TT and they said they sent it and got an email confirming that the IRS had accepted it. I called the IRS again Tuesday and told them my situation and they said that my refund was in the system, but something went wrong with the batch between Feb 2nd-10th refunds and most will be delayed. Unfortunately mine was one of them. He told me that my direct deposit date is the 23rd! So don't worry if yours didnt get dd on Feb 15th it will def be there on or before the 23rd! If you want to speak with a representative concerning your return you can call 1-800-829-0582 ext 362. You will be on hold for about 15 mins, but it's def worth the wait. I hope this helps! I know it was a huge relief for me to know that they had mine and was given a direct deposit date.

Someone said: I filed mine for DD and was accepted on the 4th. Refund date was 15th then they changed it to 14 due to processing delay. That is one day earlier! Silly IRS. Today is 17th and nothing. I heard Wed and Sat or when they release the dough but not sure about that. One thing is for sure, we are all experiencing hold ups. Also I file the long form with all kinds of deductibles and such. My kids filed end of Jan with easy form and had their money in the bank by 7 days. Dang it!!

I contacted my bank and they told me it was for viewing past deposits. Apparently there is a fee for that :) Also it wasn`t even me who viewed it but someone else in my family that is jointed on my account.

It means someone is spoofing their phone number and it is usually a scam or telemarketer. It is unethical to spoof a phone number(fake it). Don`t even answer these calls or answer any of their questions.

go to weres my refund in the serch box then click the one that says republic refund or call 1-866-491-1040 they can tell u when it was deposted to your bank

anything deposited after the 4pm cutoff time is just like deposit it the next morning. So if you go into the bank at 5pm on Tues the 12th, the deposit is not available until Thursday the 14th. Except for the first $100 which is available immediately unless it is a brand new account. So the moral of the story is... if its 3:59 and you are sitting at home and you realize that you forgot to deposit your check, DONT get a speeding ticket rushing down to the bank in the hope that you will get it in in time. However, like all banking stuff, there is an exception. There is no 4pm cutoff time on Friday, its at closing time (6pm usually). Also, there is no cutoff time for Saturday because it is not a business day. Anything deposited on Saturday shows up as deposited on Monday. Hope this helps.
