Because the friend request you sent marked as unwelcome. from now on don`t send friend request to the person you don`t know personally , you have to wait 30 days until facebook remove the block.

Generally, your friendlist denial add a new one friend.
It automatically blocked if its not exceeded anymore. You need to unfriend , those person hasn`t important.

You are block because the friend request you`ve sent have been marked as unwelcome.all you need to do is wait 30 days until facebook enable you to send friend request.

That says u r sending so many requests where u dont get responds so only fb will block for 30 days.. there is no way u have to wait for 30 days.
