For majority of apps, it does not cost to use an app after downloading. On the other hand, a few may require registration for which they may demand money. Also, some apps might want to access the internet for advertisements again and again thus resulting in you spending money indirectly.

no, you need to have access to a wifi network if you don`t have a data package though. Otherwise its going to try to connect through your cellular network, maybe they let it through and you end up with a $300 charge on your account. So.. to reiterate, you don`t need a data package but don`t try to use it unless you are sure you`re connected to a private/public wifi network for internet.

I have asked this so many times with no answer. Can someone please tell me, can I use web stick with nextbook2? It`s a usb stick for tmoble called the web connect stick so that you can surf the net anywhere you can use tmobile service. Thanks in advance. Bre
