I wish someone would answer this question because I have been having the same problem as well. I never had an issue with this until very recently then all of the sudden every time i try and send a picture message it tells me my memory is full but when i checked my phone its showing that its not full yet. I do not understand and trying to call customer service with metro pcs is a big fat joke.

Really folks dont you understand that there are two types of memory in your phone, something like 256 MB of onboard memory ( equivalent of PC RAM ) and memory card ( equivalent of  PC hard disk ). If you`re using wifi at home try restarting your router. Just had the same prob and that fix worked. If your using your carriers wireless net work try a hard reset. Take back off your phone tale out your batt while the phone is still on. This works for most troubles I`ve ever had with a cell phone. Hope this helped

I have a green (lil` note with pen) symbol displayed in my txt window next to the `sender`s` name, but the txt seems to be lost somewhere in the system. I`m assuming that is what it means (trying to get thru but it can`t), but I`d like to know for sure. And how do I make it come thru??? thanks for your help!
