That means the video is to compatible in your phone. You need to see what kind of media player or the flash player itself to fit in the requirement of the video to play. Any video are meant to be played yet proper player are required.

Some of devices cannot play online movie in cellphone due to flash player is not compatible on it. but if your phone is compatible for flash player you can download it in playstore.. after you install it try to watch movie online.. hope this work.

I am having the exactly the same situation after i drop my s2, did all software wipe i can, wipe it with jb4 as well. tried *#0*# too...it is time to send in repair it is hardware problem, something must have come loose.
