How lo unlock samsung galaxy ace camera?

I had the same problem and fortunately I discovered how to fix it. There`s a button on the right upper side to turn your phone on/off. This button can also be used to unlock/lock the camera.

Please follow these steps to download the "Market" on your Samsung Galaxy S GT-I9000 or Tab.
(Please backup your device before going on as your device will be reset to (Factory SOLUTION was found on some group site!

1- go to key pad and enter      *#06#     it will show you the device IMEI number
2- write IMEI number on a piece of paper and keep it aside.
3- enter *#272* IMEI number #
4- Options will appear on the screen, choose the option XSG and press INSTALL
5- Your device will restart and "Market" will appear on the screen and in the Applications.

Hi, im having the same problem with my camera so im just turning it on and off.dont really wasnt to go to factory settings and loose all my info.have you figured out how to remove cmera lock?thanks

Only while active in a phone call you will see (option) on the bottom right of the screen, push button for option, scroll down and select speaker . I like my old phone better that had a seperate speaker button. Hope this helps.

The camera will not turn off on my lgoptimus phone. no matter where i try to go or apps i try to run, my camera keeps coming on?

My optimus is doing the same thing, this is so irratating! The only thing ive found so far is if I hold down the volume up button while im doing something (like typing this or texting) I can get done what I need too. It helps but not a fix.... Im prolly going to send the phone to lg

I don`t think so Samsung Mesmerize has a front facing camera. Samsung Mesmerize doesn`t have a front camera.

Open the camera application with click the camera icon , now press the physical lock/unlock button of mobile; it is located on right top side where you turn off the phone (dont press long)
