On the simcard holder check for your personal unblock key. Incase you are unable to trace your simcard holder,just call the customer care of your network provider prepared with the following details ; Your phone number (the one blocked )
Your ID number
Your mostly contacted numbers
Five most recent calls.

All this you can do using a different line but of the same network so as not to incur charges.
After you have been given your puk, switch on your handset and when it requests for puk, enter it and change your password to a new 1.

You will have to call the customer service and fix it. there is no other way. my phone got blocked too the day i got it blocked! and i was freaking out and i didn`t know what to do so i called the customer service and they told me what to do and i just did it and it unlocked!!! it wasn`t that hard at all.

If you`ve enter wrong PUK code more than 10 times, your SIM card will blocked forever. You can consult it from your service provider. Hope it can help you. My daughter`s phone had this message come up. I turned the phone off, turned it back on, and then if the message still comes up, wait about an hour and then try again. She had tried her passwords too many times and gotten locked out so after waiting for an hour or so, it let us try again with the code we were provided.
