Hi this post might be an old one but I`ve experienced the same problem on Argom Tech T9020. This may be beneficial for persons experiencing same in the future. I managed to hard reset it by doing the following:
1. Hold down power and Volume Up buttons until Android Logo appears.
2. Release only the power button as soon as that Logo appears.
3. Keep holding the Volume Up button a few more seconds until the different options appear.
4. Choose factory wipe; on the second screen choose to wipe all data.
5. Reboot the tablet and you`re good to go.

Usted ha mencionado que ha olvidado el patrón de desbloqueo de su dispositivo , que básicamente significa que usted no puede acceder a ella. Para esos casos, la solución es tener que restablecer los ajustes de fábrica originales. De esta manera la contraseña se elimina o se restablece también.

3.Keep holding it even though the G1 logo shows up.
Now you will then see the following four options –
*ALT + L Toggle
*ALT + S Apply SD card Update
*ALT + W Wipe data and factory reset
*HOME + BACK for reboot of your mobile

4. From these options, kindly choose option ALT + W and OK for the reset to takes place.
5. Wait for the device to reboot after. Then once the device powers of again the entire system of it has been successfully reset.

Common reason to this kind of problem is with the boot manager. For some reason it got corrupted in some way.

What you can do is to try and restore the ablet back to it`s factory settings and see if the android menu for recovery would come up. Refer to your tablet`s manual on how to reset to factory.

You can reinstall the operating sysem of the tablet if you now on how to. But if you do not know how to reinstall it is best to contact the nearest repair shop to check the device for you.

If the problems are in this situations

1. When you incorrectly drawn pattern 10 times.
2. If you didn`t remember your lock password.
3. Can`t connect to PC using USB Debugging mode.
