With your android phone, you can do the following
1. Turn the mobile phone ON
2. Wait for it to load
3. Plug in your connector from your mobile phone to PC (usually a USB type one)
4. Wait for your mobile phone to notify you that you are connected to your PC
5. Act your mobile phone as a USB to continue
6. Wait for the drive to show of to your MyComputer
7. Locate the files that you need to transfer from your mobile phone to your PC
8. Copy them and paste it on your computer.

Since you can`t access your phone, you will need to hard reset yourd device but it will delete all your save files. Be sure also to fully charge your device before you begin.
- turn off your device
- press and hold the power button and the volume up button
- wait for the recovery screen to show
- use volume button to navigate and the power button to select
- navigate to and select wipe data/ factory reset
- navigate to and select yes--- delete all user data
- navigate to and select reboot system now.

In that case you flash some application that your Alcatel phone needs.

Now try to do this things.

Reprogram the phone back connecting it to the computer.

You need to wait 30 mins for that.

If it is done and still white screen, all you need now is to use JTAG program, where you need to buy it online.

Try to that and it will now works.
Be careful always when putting some application to your phone.

Just report the problem to the mobile showroom where you bohught that thing.... thats it they will solve your problem.
