Most probably the difficulty is in your simcard, it`s pinblocked. the answer to the present issue is to either enter the PUK code of the simcard. The PUK code could be distinctive numbers wont to unlock pinblocked simcard. A Pinblocked simcard happens after we mistakenly enter the PIN 3 times creating the sim bolted to stop any unauthorized access. The PUK code will solely be obtained from locating the rear of your simcard`s card (the card wherever it contains the simcard) by scratching the box to reveal the PUK code or to directly contacting the simcard`s supplier in your space and inquire on the way to recover your PUK.

To retrieve you account in google, I advise you to go to the google website using your computer and then click on a link that says forgot password/ username or cannot access my account link. It will then direct you to another page to retrieve your account.

The first thing you can do is go to the google to recover your password, click the forget password then it will send to your yahoo account then you will know the password. after you know it try to retrieve your pattern in your mobile phone.

You can get internet settings easily but just sending an SMS to your service provider, Or you may set it manually in your phone.

Hard reset your phone by pressing Volume down and Power button while phone is off.
