Hi are you trying to reset your tablet? as you said you "I have to hold the reset button and the power button at the same time but it jus goes to stuff that says factory setup" there are steps to follow on resetting process if you aint get that right that might be a big problem on your OS if you perform hard reset setting just make sure that you know step by step provide on it to insure also the safety of your tablet. it will be recover if you try to reset on the right process follow this one Try holding the power button down for a bit over ten seconds, as that can remedy some black screen issues there are chooses that you have to choose and choose for factory reset just use your volume - and + to move and pick chooses. and wait until process finish.

Shut your Ipod down. Let 5 minutes pass.Turn on your computer and go to www.itunes.com. Hook up your Ipod to your computer. Turn your Ipod back on. Your computer should accept your Ipod and you will be able to connect and download on itunes without your Ipod password.

Plz can someone help, my hcl me tablet model U2 is not coming on, it shows battery when i charge it and stuck on me tablet logo when i try to switch it on, when trying to factory reset it shows.. Upgrading.....please wait and stucks there forever... Plz give me some advise..

Try andholdthe power button volume up button and home button at the same time.
