Have you undergo any software update becuase the issue is sometime caused by wrong software update or corrupted software update in this case try to fix it this way follow the instruction .
1. Go to option > Device >Advice device option>Hosting Routing Table . press the BB menu button and select register now.
2.Now go to settings > Email setup, Press your the BB menu button again and select Service Book . And try resending it

Do you have an active BB Data Plan or BIS on your account since you`re using the BBM before upgrading the application?

If yes, I suggest to register your device and resend your service book. Once it`s done, remove the battery on your device while it`s on. Wait at least 1-2 mins then reinsert the battery.

After performing the above steps, open the BBM application and verify the issue. You can perform upgrading the BBM application if it`s revert to previous version.

To fix the error, you will need to do the following:

-register your phone
*select Settings>about>category>network>register blackberry

-resend the service book
*Visit your wireless service provider’s BlackBerry Internet Service web site and log in to it. On settings>select help>send service books>ok

- do a battery pull out restart
*pull out battery while it is on, wait for a minute and restart it.

Please take note that you need internet connection when setting up your BBM account. If your not connected to internet then you will encounter an error in connection.

And in addition to that, this is a newly launch application and they are still in adjustment mode that`s why users still encounter some minor errors.

That means you are already confirmed that you have disabled your facebook account and need to confirm if you want to activate again. Clear your browser cookies first and then try to login to your facebook again and see what happens otherwise contact support of facebook to your problem.

Very good question. this happened to me not to long ago. . what i did was emailed facebook creators and i gave them my information and they had to fix it for me ./ i hope i helped.

For me I had to put the z10 into flight mode then go on BBM an it comes up with no connection, exit and turn flight mode off then when I returned to BBM it worked again :)

Blackberry`s servers are being slammed with the new activations. Keep trying to us the service, as they are working on bringing more servers online.
