The problem may be the phone. Look under settings and just go through each one and maybe choose something like "Enable USB Debugging" (Works with my phone but yours may not)

Hello and good day! can you provide your phone brand and model so we can accurately asnwer you question, in most cases when the computer crashed in the middle of something, the data being process is not saved or it is being corrupted, some application to will be corrupted, the solution for this is update your computer drivers, download your mobile phone drivers and pc suite. install again the pc suite to sync your mobile phone to your computer. Hope it helps!

Probably you should go to that store from where you got your battery for your phone and this time go along with your phone so that you could check there it self that the battery is supporting your phone or not....and ask the person there to change the battery and give you compatible battery for your phone

*** you should always buy genuine battery for your phone and from samsung store only or any authorized dealer.

That usually implies that one of the plug coils is bent. like where you plug the cord to the camera....the little prongs that stick up can get damaged and bent....thus it isn`t really connected and thats why it isn`t charging. Had it happen to mine....I had to used heavy tweezers to grasp it and straighten....be careful it can break off easily.

Depending on the type of your phone, you could install the PC suite intended for it so you can search and manage the files inside your phone. You can type the phone model and the word `PC Suite download` after that in the address bar of your browser and click `Go` or the `arrow` and search for the program accordingly.

Try the charger. I had the aame prob, apparently the wires came loose inside it.

I suggest you try to reinstall the software that controls the charging of the battery.

Tell the carrier and you should get a new replacemeent.
