Hello User,

I Suggest that don`t waste your time waiting to remember your phone lock.
But i See a Situation.
If Choose Reset You must be able to enter a phone lock but you says that you forgot the pattern of your phone lock, it means nothing happen your phone will start normally unless your screen having the phone lock too.
it seems that you need to contact your service provider and let them know what happens and reformat it using their gadget for you to use your phone again.

I suggest that if you are going change again your Phone lock i refer to use these following:

YOUR:
->Birthday
->Name
->Nickname
->Anniversary
->Love One
-> and so on that important to you for you to remember your phone lock .

The device will just reset the system but will not fix the operating system. What you will need to do is bring the device to the nearest service center so they can wipe everything on the device and install a new one that would fix the issue.

Before attempting again to reset your phone make sure that you have enough charge in your battery to stop seeing the triangle.
