Technically, transferring your child is best if the end of the school year has ended so that it will not interfere the studies that has already begun and to avoid the culture shock, because surely, your daughter/son has to adjust again on the new environment. Anyway, since you are transferring your child on the same school but on the other branch, I think it will be applicable since these schools should have the same prospectus and schedule regardless of the teacher`s ability to teach. I think as a individual to company name & transfer from one branch to another, both are different cases. if you want both at same time you have to talk with bank manager. Otherwise only changing of branch you can simply request the branch PO or manager to process an simple transfer application (it will be available at branch itself).

Talk to your supervisor first. Going over their head is usually a very bad idea. Your supervisor should have an idea of what you need to do first in order to get the ball rolling.
