The yellow triangle is indicator and tells you that your battery still needs to charge more and cannot turn on the phone. And if you wanna remove that low battery indicator just go to your settings > tap the device selection in the upper screen> and you will see the "led indicator" then tap it, and you will see " charging > low battery > notifications > voice recording. tap the led indicator and unclick the "low battery" and save it.

I just got my galaxy 3s this month and i used alot then all sudden my phone is hot so it showed yellow traingle temp flashing so i did quick turn off the device to let it cool... and charging... red dot lighted it charging.. so 15 mins yellow triangle disappears so it cooling down... sound like the phone is be use way to much so decide to put in less usage.. and seem ok .... lesson learned... make sure it not over use..

The charging port inside of your Android can become loose through misuse or manufacturer`s defect. Your warranty may cover the replacement of the port. You may also have damaged your device by using cords other than the cord that came new with your device. Charging cables have specific voltage and current characteristics that are specific to the device.

Tablet need to be check by kurio service center to replace the defecive parts.

Take out the battery and hold the power button for 2 to 3 mins replace battery start phone if the time and date need resetting it has worked if not or wont start try again but longer.
